Each party will be invoiced for at least four hours of time and the  non-refundable administrative fee upon confirmation of the mediation date. The deposit must be received 10 days prior to the scheduled mediation. Any unused portion of the deposit will be refunded after the mediation is concluded.

Any party canceling or rescheduling the mediation within two weeks of the scheduled conference will be billed for four hours of time unless we are able to fill the cancelled time with another case.
